Alumni Transcript Requests

If you are a current student, contact the College Counselor first before requesting transcripts.

There is no fee for transcripts. To request a transcript, please supply the following information:

1. Your full name at graduation
2. Your graduation year OR the last year you attended
3. Your date of birth and the city/state where you were born..
4. How many Official (sealed) and/or Unofficial (unsealed) copies do you require?
5. Where do you want the transcripts mailed? OR When will you pick them up at the school?
6. Name of requestor and relationship to alumnus.

Please allow 2 business days for completion.
