Coed Cheerleading
The goal of the cheerleading squads at Central Catholic is to maintain enthusiasm and school spirit at athletic events, to foster a sense of good sportsmanship among the students, and to give positive support to the opponents, while challenging each other to the highest level of commitment, and athletic achievement.
Go, Fight, Win, Rams!
Song
New to Central Catholic this year is the Varsity Song Squad. Songleading is a combination of cheerleading with dance movement. The Song Squad looks to add a bit of music to the sidelines as a compliment to our Stunt Squad.

Teri is a Southern California native. She began dancing in high school, where she was a Varsity Songleader. She attended Cypress Junior College, where she cheered for two years on the Cheer/Song/Stunt squad. She transferred to Chapman University on a dance scholarship, where she was a member of their Cheer/Song squad. During college, she became a Los Angeles Rams Cheerleader, where she danced for five years in the NFL. This brought opportunities to perform overseas in London, Japan and Berlin. Teri's credits include several theatrical productions, with a few small movie and television projects. She is the founder and director of the non-profit cheer camp Camp Spirit, the Theater Director at St. John the Apostle school and a guest choreographer in and around Portland. She is also proud to be a Central Catholic mom! GO RAMS! |
